CONTEST NEW RULE

1. Under no circumstances is it permissible for any operator either prior or during any contest to self spot, arrange schedules or arrange QSY frequencies on any internet cluster or forum, nor to give, receive or exchange any progressive number via any internet cluster or forums.

2. Under no circumstances during any contest is it permissible or any member to give, receive or exchange any QSO information that was not received during the QSO via any internet cluster or forum or in any other communication method whatsoever.

3. Any operator found in breach of rule 1 or 2 will be immediately disqualified from the contest and for SD members may face disciplinary action.
